TRICIA AND MARK ARE GETTING HITCHED!

while todd, huck, and i have been lollygagging around on the coast, tricia and mark have been tooling around town, taking care of our dogs, and, apparently, getting engaged!

so in addition to celebrating mark's birthday (which is also today), we are officially raising our glasses and making a toast to their oh-so-bright and happy future. we love you both and are so excited for you. xo.

WE'RE HEADED TO THE COAST!

we're headed to the beach for the week with todd's family (about 20 of us in all!). we're not sure if we'll have an internet connection, but if we don't, we'll update you on all of our adventures when we get back. until then, have a great week everyone!

GOOD OL' FISHER PRICE

huck's been rocking the vintage the fisher price toys lately, including this 1973 flying circus train set that was todd's when he was little. don't tell him, but he's getting the vintage school house set that i played with for christmas (huckleberry, that is. not todd).

FAMILY REUNION LOCAL NO. 4405

yesterday was the third family reunion of the summer, and it was hosted by todd's cousins who live right up the street from us. four generations of pfaenders gathered to eat, drink, and be merry (and, of course, to wear costumes and play wii).
