HUCK IS 17 MONTHS OLD TODAY.
if i just did the math right, that's 516 days. holy moly, big guy. that means you've been kissed about 118,450 times (give or take a few thousand) since you were born!

A MORNING FORT.
today was my morning to sleep in and when i woke up the house was eerily quiet with no sign of the boys, except for this:
a makeshift fort that todd constructed out of blankets, pillows, a log, a broom, socks, and a couple of packages of baby wipes. something about it was so sweet and nostalgic, and i laid in it lazily until the boys got home from the park.
lying in it made me realize that huck is growing up so fast. and when he came home and immediately tore the whole thing down, he confirmed that this was true.
