huck's cousin jayde was in town this weekend, and so the three of us went to see the three of them at grandpa ted's new house in estacada. grandpa ted lives there with his lovely lady, grandma denise, and his dad (i.e. todd's grandad and huck's great grandad), grandpa lew.
these are the only shots i got of the little ones playing, and as you can see -- or, rather, can't see -- it was all a blur. it was a scrambling, scooting, and squealing blur of locomotion.
everything else about the visit, however, was quite still: quite peaceful, tranquil, organized, and still.
i don't know which is better -- that my baby loves avocado or that by the time i came home from work tonight my husband had bathed our boy and mopped our floors because of it.
